** In the highly unlikely event of MEDSICON 23 being cancelled due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, delegates are informed that only the Workshop Fees will be refunded. Basic Registration fees will NOT be refunded at any cost.
In the highly unlikely event of any particular workshop under MEDSICON 23, but not the entire conference, being cancelled due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances, delegates are informed that Workshop Fees will be refunded after deducting some minor unavoidable amount owing to already incurred costs.
