After a grand success last year, this time also MEDSICON is excited to bring to
you hands-on experience in Pulmonary Skills Workshop, organised by the
Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Department of Safdarjung Hospital.
This workshop will be conducted in the state-of-the-art Superspeciality block
of Safdarjung Hospital.
The workshop on Pulmonary Medicine offers an opportunity for medical undergraduates to learn about essential procedures providing them with hands-on experience of-
(1) Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) and its interpretation
(2)Oxygen Therapy Devices
(3) Spirometry
4) Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) Measurement
The workshop will consist of a combination of lectures as well as practicals on basic pulmonary medicine and therapeutic procedures.
